A light-touch refresh of the existing NSW Better Regulation Guide (the Guide), reflecting Treasury’s new role in overseeing and assuring regulatory quality.
It is important to publish the TPP as soon as practicable to ensure agencies continue to develop, manage and review regulatory proposals per the existing better regulation requirements under the Guide, until Treasury issues a new Regulatory Assurance Framework.
