TPP19-02 Guidelines for Community Service Obligations
A community service obligation (CSO) is an activity that would not be pursued by a commercial government business operating purely on a commercial basis and it has been requested and funded by the Government to meet a specified policy objective. These Guidelines provide a framework for the commissioning and delivery of CSOs.
