The SES Guidelines have been comprehensively updated and are available on the Department of Premier and Cabinet website www.dpc.nsw.gov.au (Publications > Senior Executive Service).

The updated Guidelines provide advice on the legislative and policy framework for the employment of officers in the Chief and Senior Executive Service.

I encourage human resource practitioners, SES administrators and SES officers to access the latest version to ensure that current legislation and policies about executive employment are followed.

Regular updating of the Guidelines will occur to reflect changes to executive employment policy.

Feedback on the document is welcome and should be forwarded to the Public Sector Workforce Office.
