• The 2011 Reserve Forces Day Parade will be held in Sydney on Sunday 3 July 2011 and parades will also be held in regional locations.
• The 2011 parades will acknowledge service of Reservists and the support given by families to Reservists during their service.
• Public Sector agencies are encouraged to release eligible employees to attend parades wherever possible. Eligible employees for the 2011 parades include the partners of Reservists who have applied to be presented with a medallion at their local parade.
• Suggested arrangements are contained in the attached Public Sector Workforce Bulletin.
