NSW Government has recently been ranked in the Top 20 for the second year in a row in nationwide, independent research into Australia’s most attractive employers. As an employer of choice, our workplace was particularly recognised for offering career progression opportunities and providing good work-life balance options.
We are now asking for your candid and thoughtful feedback on your own experiences, so that we can build on this progress. It is important that we check in with you to gain your insights into working in the public sector, so that we have a clear picture of what can be done to make this even better
The survey provides an important opportunity for employees to have a say about their workplace and it is important that we lead the charge to encourage all our employees to participate in this sector-wide survey.
Be assured your responses are completely confidential and anonymous and no individual response can be identified.
