Premier's Department Circular No 2000-43, Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games Service Delivery Plans and Workforce Planning, advised that Cabinet requires public sector agencies to report to their Minister, with a copy to Premier's Department, on any proposed changes to service delivery during the games and the strategies that have been developed to advise the general community and specific customers of any changes.
