It has come to my attention that the Commonwealth Government is seeking to tie projects funded from the Federation Fund, and other Commonwealth programs involving construction, to Deeds of Agreement to implement the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry 1997, in the manner outlined in the Commonwealth Implementation Guidelines 1998.
