As you are aware, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to the Crown Employees (Public Sector Salaries January 2000) Award requires the parties to provide progress reports on agencies' workplace reforms as at 31 May and 30 November each year of the MOU.` The May 2001 report to the Cabinet Standing Committee on Public Administration is now due.
