The rates for the Parking Space Levy for the financial year beginning 1 July 2014, are: (a) $2,260, in relation to premises in a category 1 area (City of Sydney and parts of the North Sydney and Milsons Point business districts); and (b) $800, in relation to premises in a category 2 area (Bondi Junction, Chatswood, Parramatta, St Leonards).
