Administrative Requirements

The purpose of this Circular is to advise of an amendment to the minimum levels of competition requirements in the Guidelines for the Engagement and Use of Consultants.

New charges for the motor vehicle parking space levy apply from 1 July 2003.

The purpose of this circular is to advise the NSW public sector that, effective from 1 January 2003, the Public Employment Office has increased the sale/purchase price property limit, applicable under clauses 11 and 12 of the Crown Employees (Transferred Employees Compensation) Award, from $315,000 to $417,000.
