The purpose of this circular is to advise the NSW public sector that, effective from 1 January 2002, the Public Sector Management Office has increased the sale/purchase price property limit, applicable under clauses 11 and 12 of the Crown Employees (Transferred Officers Compensation) Award, from $300,000.00 to $315,000.00.
