The Premier has approved of concessional leave being granted to part of the staff of each Government office on the afternoon of Tuesday 24th December, 1991 and the other part on the afternoon of Tuesday 31st December, 1991 subject to departmental convenience and to all offices being kept open on each occasion until normal closing times, with adequate staffing to meet all public requirements.
