Following the decision of the Industrial Relations Commission with respect to the Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries August 1995) Award, the Industrial Authority has reviewed the rates of pay for Part-time Library Staff to reflect the 3 percent increase from 14 July 1995 and 3 percent increase effective from 12 July 1996.

Section 42S (8) of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, provides that if a former CES/SES officer is re-appointed to the public sector or a State owned corporation or a subsidiary of such owned corporation then that person must reimburse a proportionate amount of the compensation received.
