In the last paragraph of Circular No. 2004-13 PAYG Taxation Arrangements 2004/05 Financial Year which sets out information regarding taxation options for the 2004/05 financial year, reference was made to superannuation payments.

The Crown Employees (Public Service Training Wage) Award 2002 was varied by the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (Schmidt J) on 22 August 2005 to provide for increases in rates of pay for public service trainees covered by the award.

NSW Attorney General's Department has signed an agreement with the Copyright Agency Limited for the payment of copyright fees for NSW Government print copying for the period 2000-2005.
