Further to Premiers Department Circular No 99-58, the August 1999 edition of the Personnel Handbook is now available in electronic form and can be accessed at http://www.dpc.nsw.gov.au It is planned that updates to the Personnel Handbook will occur on a quarterly basis (where necessary) and the first update is expected to be available on-line at the end of June 2000.
